I've lost a lot of weight, and an old break is dealing me fits. I sat and thought about what I'd need in a cushion, and was resigned to trying to make one myself, until I saw this on Amazon. It's perfect! Gives support and has a depression where my tailbone can be unmolested by any pressure. Donuts are worthless. This gives great support without any pressure -- and I was getting pressure sores. I thought I would try something to cushion my bottom. Initially I felt that the cushion was too firm, however once settled in, it was like sitting on marshmallows!!! I have noticed my glutes have a beter shape, not as flat from sitting for many hours. Will definitely recommend it to office workers! The only issue I have with the cushion is that it barely fits my bottom and I am not very large (5'3 148 lbs.
