This eyepiece does not fit well on the Canon xsi. It goes, but you have to force it. Buy something else for this camera.

Its significantly stiffer than the original and doesn't seem to "click" on like the original, but I think it sits tighter. I don't care that much, it was cheap.

Bought this eyepiece because the original round eyecup got in the way of opening up the camera back for any reason. This eyepiece allows for easier opening and closing of the camera back.
